→ Other than this 3 situation return is not acceptable. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference by the customer. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Q) What should I do if my product is damaged, has a sizing issue, or is incorrect?
→ Request a return through our website.
If you receive a damaged product, face a sizing issue, or receive an incorrect item, you must raise a return request through the VESTU website within the specified time period after delivery. Supporting images or information may be required for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Q) How do I request a return?

All return requests must be initiated through the VESTU website or you can contact us in WhatsApp or Instagram (given in footer of website).

REFUNDS
Q) When will I receive my refund?
→ After inspection and approval.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the online payment method within a reasonable processing period.

CANCELLATIONS
Q) Can I cancel my order?
→ Yes, before order confirmation.
Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is confirmed through a verification call. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

VESTUs responsibility under this policy is limited to resolving valid return, replacement, or refund requests as outlined above. We do not cover indirect or unrelated claims beyond the scope of the order.
